Application Process

  • Returning Families

    • Create a Family Account and fill out the application.

      Pay the application fee

    • Hope Academy RVA is notified of application and sends link for next step
    • Register for Classes

      Select payment plan, either Monthly or PIF

    • Returning Family Group Interviews
    • Student is rostered for classes

  • New Families

    • Request Information
    • Hope Academy RVA is notified and sends link to application
    • Complete the Application

      Pay the application fee

    • Schedule and Complete New Family Interview
    • Hope Academy RVA releases link to registration portal
    • Register and Invoice
    • Student is rostered for classes
